Anyone that gets on here and bashes coaches needs stop and think about how much this stuff actually means to them.  Coach Cope had his team prepared tonight and shots just didn't fall.  Is that on him

Well let’s see what Joe Pat can do going forward. Beating Warren Co isn’t something to get too excited about. He’s got at least 3 D1 starters. If they don’t make the State this year then it’s going to be awhile before he’s got a team this talented.

Yes as we all know the next round has been his undoing since he arrived at Coffee County.  I am shocked at how many girls teams in the state are .500 or worse and playing in championship or consolation games for their districts.  Is basketball just that bad throughout the stat?

I know that they would have to face a tough Bradley bunch if they make it to the region championship.  Who would they have to possibly face in the sub state?  Cleveland could possibly upset them in semi's as well.

FTR bradley central is NOT a big metro school, we are a suburban city however as we are a suburb of chattanooga. Id be okay with a region 3 team winning state as long as it isnt,  riverdale,  blackman or some  other district 7 team

      I will never forget the 1983 Heritage vs Maryville game. I remember driving home and listening to WGAP. Can't remember the announcers name. He asked Coach Story why he kept going for 2? Story told him " Why didn't you ask Renfro that last year"

      Well nothing new, the Mustangs are really talented again this coming season!  They very well could go undefeated in regular season.  We shall see what happens in postseason.  I think the path to state title game is a little clearer than years past.  I think the Stangs are going to be really good and I think the traditional teams around in 2A are not going to be as strong.  It should be a fun season!

      I would not put too much stock into the UH over Eagleville. From what I understand they were pretty banged up in that tourney. Catcher was out, they were throwing pretty deep in their bullpen and a few key players were beat up in their infield. Sounds like they are pretty healthy heading into the district tournament. Look at their schedule, they played some really good teams.
