Coulda, woulda, shoulda!  I’m surprised such an elite program like the all mighty Cleveland didn’t have backups capable of winning lol

All sarcasm aside I know for sure that @matpitts81 wouldn’t have posted excuses for why they didn’t win had the tables been turned. People like him and McCallie are above  stuff like that. 

Wow, classy reply. First of all, I congratulated McCallie on their win because they got it done and that's all that matters in the end. Second, he noted that they won with 1-2nd year wrestlers, etc, giving context around their win. All I did was add similar context around Cleveland's loss - a team which was 2-0 against McCallie going into the final tournament. Some might wonder what happened and I had info to add. Truth is, I don't get twisted about tournament results and small-fry wins/losses. I just enjoy the sport and the stories around it. Please take your immature mindset somewhere else.

After my son’s Freshman year, the McCallie administration stopped providing financial aid for wrestling to solely concentrate on football.  it got them 3 state titles in Football and couple of injurie

      Well nothing new, the Mustangs are really talented again this coming season!  They very well could go undefeated in regular season.  We shall see what happens in postseason.  I think the path to state title game is a little clearer than years past.  I think the Stangs are going to be really good and I think the traditional teams around in 2A are not going to be as strong.  It should be a fun season!

      I would not put too much stock into the UH over Eagleville. From what I understand they were pretty banged up in that tourney. Catcher was out, they were throwing pretty deep in their bullpen and a few key players were beat up in their infield. Sounds like they are pretty healthy heading into the district tournament. Look at their schedule, they played some really good teams.
