Sounds like Mcewen decided to move on from Coach Pullen and hiring Summertown and ex long time Wayne County head coach Rick Rice . Announcement expected soon .

Good hire for McEwen. Probably dont see many results this year because he was hired a month before the season kicks off. But 2024 the warriors will likely look totally different

agreed , but I think he runs some variation of the Wing-T as well , so the learning curve might not be as long as we think .

True as far as X's and O's they shouldn't be too far away just think they'll highly benefit from a full off-season with coach Rice

High school job came open Friday.

Exactly.. it certainly sounds like a coup from the outside .. Probably the best hire in Mcewen school history  . He’s bounced around a lot since leaving Wayne County though  , but it’s got something to do with his disabled son and health insurance.
