USJ coaches and their fans (parents) are well known for their game time behavior.  It was only about 3-4 years ago that the referee crew had to be escorted to their car by the police after a game at USJ.   That would have been a newsmaker at a public school.

That last sentence is simply not true. If that happened at Halls, Obion Central, or Chester County, no one would know about it. No one would care either.

Why are you coming on a message board and throwing shots at people and not talk football? You randomly threw a shot at the referees, when I didn't even mentioned anything about them. Now, you're throwing a shot at the USJ fanbase for something that happened 3-4 years ago. It's really weird that you're mentioning something in the past that has nothing to do with the present and the near future.

Here's my take on it all...

Ensworth will likely house UC. Just my opinion. You have to look at this game through a "relative" lens. Union City will be a fantastic team in 1A, likely most everyone's  favorite right now. But that doesn't mean they can just compete with anyone. There's levels to this. Heck if you put them in the west tenn 2A region they'd be fighting for a playoff spot. Just don't think they have the horses to beat ensworth. Again my opinion take or leave it

Is that why they chose to stay in 1a???lol

Lol well y'all had the choice to move up to 2a or stay In 1a so what was the benefit of staying in 1a as opposed to moving up idiot!?!? Do tell

Only uc fans think they belong in 1a but it is what it is.... not a bad plan though schedule a couple tough games then go play greenfield gleason and south fulton.

Right! What other logical reason would they have to stay in 1a? Other than to play inferior opponents? And have easier wins.

    • Wow I haven't been keeping up with softball had no idea.Been keeping up with baseball and we are slowly fading there.I will check it out!!Thx
    • It is what it is. Sorry DFL.
    • One of the biggest loosing teams in Mid-State are the Macon County Tigerettes. I have noticed that the roster is smaller than in the years past. All the senior's have quit. We have a great group of Jr High players coming up. I sure hope they don't loose them, like they have lost so many others this year. With this young group of girls coming up, a weaker district, they should have no problem going to State.
    • It was updated this season, because I did it.  Linder is the school's all-time leading rusher at 5,156 yards with 2,436 of those coming in 2014.
    • Oh, I’m sure you did. Maybe you heard just a rumor, but considering we have a football practice field and a soccer field that’s frequently used for lacrosse games and practices, I highly doubt it. Let me change that. I know for a fact that didn’t happen.   Glad you finally stopped attacking a bunch of high school students, but still obsessed with the coaching staff for some unknown reason, even though you could name more than three (at most) coaches without looking it up. But now come up with something else.
