I believe this will be the year, season, coach that will break the current losing streak of the Chiefs. Will it happen vs Sweetwater? Let's hope so. What say you gentlemen? Any takers on the Chiefs? I know Mcminn Central handled the Chiefs pretty good in the Jamboree 13-0 and I believe Sweetwater beat McMinn County's JV squad 7-3. Lets Hope for a good game. Any score predictions?

Not sure if it will be this week but I definitely think they find a win somewhere this year.

I went to the William Blount and Sequoyah scrimmage which was played like a game and it was 27-6 at half before I left. They had one drive before the half but not sure if WB layed off or not. WB mopped the field with them. Hoprfully there is a win somewhere down the road.

I think the Chiefs have a shot at the W against Tellico, Howard, or maybe Hixson.  The ones didn't look to bad in the jamboree, but they have 0 depth. We will see, pulling for some of the seniors. 

[Highlights]

Wildcats are a one dimensional team. They have a great offensive line and great RBs. They are hurting at the QB position with a starting sophomore and a freshman backup. No passing game whatsoever. This may be the year for the Chiefs to win.

Hopefully the Chiefs get a win sometime this year, but Sweetwater should win by a wide margin.

A couple of weeks ago the alternator in my truck went out and it died right in the middle of the busiest road in town on a Friday Night. Well that was what Sequoyah looked like in the scrimmage against William Blount, my truck.

If Sequoyah wins it will be like winning the superbowl for them. They will sign the new coach to a 30 year extension.

I'm pulling for them to get some things going in a different direction. I watched the first half of that scrimmage and it was 27 to 6. Their last Drive before the half was really the only time they did anything and I'm not sure if WB didn't have in a handful of second teamers.

Sequoyah will not win, won’t be close. Sweetwater is still figuring things out offensively but they are very good defensively. Sequoyah will be lucky to score. 38-6 wildcats!

Also, sweetwater needs to start the freshman, more dynamic and a better passer. However the sophomore is the new coach’s son!
