Or maybe they learned a lesson as a staff on their own from the Powell game and made adjustments to correct mistakes. You ever do that?

You have to be getting tired of carrying water for lieutenant flip flops. That staff learning from anything would be surprising.Maybe that is what the coaches was fighting about on 50yd line after everyone left.

Kind of showing your lack of football management knowledge a bit aren’t you? What’s more valuable for the team, a JV game against OR or having the day for a full practice for the upcoming game on Thursday? Inquiring minds would like to know?

I never saw a HC coach  JV game myself. Everyone but CHS wants to play these games. Maybe Coach Keith is smarter than all other coaches in the Knoxville area?

    • Thanks for the good news. We need it!
    • Yeah - this isn't the first time he has 'taken his ball and went home' after a bad game. ha HC did not play well or inspired at all, but give credit to Portland. They had some size up front and played more physical then they have in the past. And they made some really big plays and had no turnovers. Oh well. Now that HC has the tough part of the schedule behind them, it should get easier starting this Friday. hehehe GO BIG RED!!
    • No doubt. They bring em in from all over the country. It’s portal football but in highschool for them.
    • From what I saw at Meigs, centrals run defense is not very good. IDK what kind of offense Tyner runs but if they are run heavy and control the clock I could see them winning the game. Another factor is how Tyner comes out the gate, I thought central looked shell shocked last Friday when Meigs come out ready to rumble. By the time central got in the game the game was out of reach. I think to beat the chargers teams are going to have to come ready to play from the opening kickoff and play aggressively.  This game will also be at a neutral location and I'd bet central will have more fans in the stands than Tyner does (sadly). The rowdy Meigs fans played a part in the outcome last week also.
