Very little chance Phillips beats Gobbell. He has been pinned and majored in their matchups this year.

Maybe. I know Ollie well. May end up as you say, but I have feeling about this one. I picked the logical pick at almost all the other weights. Just call this one a hunch pick.

Olli will be ready to go but this appears to be Gobbel’s year. They’ll have a few tricks up their sleeve for him but he’s too much for Olli right now imo.

If we are picking a dark horse to win, I’m going Payne at 150. Deane has bigger gas tank but if Connor is locked-in and ready to go, he could get it done. Very dangerous wrestler

I like this pick a lot. He has been impressive. I see this being a close match.

Who knows as that would be a finals match and they both have to get to the finals. Anything is possible in the finals

Once they get to the finals there will be a winner and a loser. Someone is going to get their butt kicked. I guarantee it. It will happen. Watch and see. I am Captain Guru and I approve this message.

This person must be the dad of someone that got their butt kicked and did not make it to the wrestling tournament. I am Captain Guru and I approve this message.

Team wise I have Father Ryan by 8 over Mcc and by 20 over Baylor in the final team points.  Should be a great tourney.

I think things may swing more in FR's way this weekend--although I am sure your math is better than mine.

    • West would be a good team to get behind if they can pull it off again like last year. That championship game last year was awesome.
    • I say that because he stepped out of a MUCH better situation on his own than he would see at least his first 3 years at DCA and it would take at least that much to bring him back to coaching. There are other fish in the sea, but again money talks. Need to fix the girls hoops too. Now I'll try again. Who has Pierce locked in for his staff? Hearing a McGavock man but not the Iceman.
    • I’ve heard mostly good things from the gridiron. Lots of optimism. It sounds like the portal has mostly helped, though there are a few expected defections. Comeback year!
    • Rudesell 1 year at Crockett. Coach Tate 2 weeks a Bradford. South Gibson supposedly going with jcs middle school coach. Which isn’t who I thought would get it, I know the top 2 was between him and Obion girls head coach.
    • Looks like Trent Noah was released from his NLI at South Carolina with intent to pursue playing closer to home. Kentucky and Louisville both reported to be in the mix for him now.
