Dyersburg vs Upperman

LOL if that was LA or WC that beat them, I can assure you the reaction wouldn't have been cheers.

Amazing to see a team that has their key starter and several others suffering from food poisoning the night before, and still “gut” out a win.  Says a lot about the character of these young ladies.

Been a long time since I could say this…….Them Trojans got “MOXY”

Thank you. Our radio announcer has been calling games for Dyersburg High School for 41 years. Last night was only the second state title game he had called over that stretch. He finally called a state championship. And to be able to sit beside him and hear the call was a moment I will never forget.

I enjoyed hearing the girl sing the anthem before the game. She had a great voice. I bet her parents are very proud of her. Lol.

then when they win it’s “you were out coached, or we won in spite of the refs”

and never point out that Putnam has school choice and they have 6000 kids to pick from then it is “build it and they will come” or win with what you have and do not worry what we do”
