Was at the Maryville vs Cookeville game. The refs screwed up a good game disrupting the flow of this game with a bunch of ticky-tac fouls called. It was not good for both teams.....

To be fair, some of these fouls are legit. A lot of holding and reaching in. And if you swing to block a shot there gonna get you every time. Just don’t call the ticky tack ones and it wouldn’t be so bad

Some are legit but there are a lot of tic tac fouls that are being called, so far 41 freethrows.

Not that it’s connected to anything, but fwiw I have noticed it’s the only box score results posted without the officials names listed on the tssaa page. It’s the only game to not have them in the entire tournament so far. I just thought that was interesting to say the least. Whose decision was that? I know you have no clue like myself.  I’m just generally curious as to why. Maybe someone can answer it….

Casey Jackson is the refs name. He’s been bad in all 3 games I’ve seen him. Don’t think that it’s personal , I think he’s use to calling it right. TSSAA needs to know we come to watch the players not the refs
