Liberty was the goods back in the early 2000’s. Had Hookfin who was at Haywood and then Tyler Turner. Went to the semis a few straight years in 3A and couldn’t get over the CPA hump. Got Turner and finally got by them only to get destroyed by Alcoa in the championship. They were the best football school in Jackson-Madison County and got all the best players. Had great coaches. Then the coach left, building and district level admin was horrible and players left. Went completely the opposite direction in 1 season. Still the doormat of 3A to this day. JCM seems to be turning into what Liberty used to be but the school system as a whole is a dumpster fire. Did my know how long their success will last. I wish them the best.

Bradley completely changed their offense over their bye week. Got some big runs out of it but it wasn’t enough.
