Heard down at the Oasis this morning that hire could be made by early next week. Anybody else hearing this?

From what I have heard they have not even started interviews yet.. AD is also the Boys  Basketball Coach so I’m sure they’ll wait at least till next week before tournament starts to do interviews..

He’s referring to Tony lambert

I’m referring to the rumor someone else posted that TL was a candidate but you are mostly correct. I haven’t thrown a name of any candidate into this ring myself. But if he is one and if HHS is interested and if there is any deal made the potential of his defense with who I think could be OC it would be a powder keg with the athleticism and speed that’s walking the halls at HHS and other area schools that would inevitably show up there. The east would be the winner of HHS and SP 8 out of 10 years.

If lambert was to go to Harriman I think I know the oc you are referring to and yes he’s a good one in the area .. I’ve heard he had the itch again to be a head coach again . It will definitely take some one special to change the culture back at Harriman .

Regardless of where he coaches TL will instill a good culture and work ethic along with discipline and accountability wrapped in a God first package. That’s not as popular nowadays as it should be but that’s exactly and all you’re ever gonna get with him. Take it or leave it. Proud to call him a friend that’s like a brother to me and wish him success wherever he coaches.
