McMinn Central #2 in AA, Walker Valley #9 AA, Meigs Co. #18 AA, Cleveland #13 AAA, and Bradley #16 AAA. Only a snafu by the panel kept McMinn County out, where they should have been at the minimum #14 AAA. Where the Bradley Co., McMinn Co., and Meigs Co. lines meet these teams are all within a 20 mile radius. Can anyone else match such overall basketball talent? And believe it or not, overall, they will be better next year and thereafter.

Name the 6 that are within a 20-mile radius of Cookeville??? I am not saying it ain't true, I would just like to hear who they are.....

Cookeville girls, White Co., Jackson Co., Livingston, Upperman, Clarkrange are all within 20 miles of Putnam Co. I think Celina may also be within 20 miles of Putnam Co. too. How's that? These middle TN teams are more powerful than the teams in southeast TN.

3 of the top 4 teams in AA come from the same district in west tennessee. obion county, gibson county, ofcourse, Martin Westview.

Yes, I have to agree that 7AA is the best district in the state for girls basketball.

In all classes combined, Shelbyville is hands down the most dominant team in the state and surely top 10 nationally.

Cookeville #17 AAA, Jackson Co. #10 AA, Livingston Acad. #13 AA, and Clarkrange #8 in A. White Co. and Upperman not ranked, well you have something to be proud of but the numbers, at present, just don't add up to the McMinn and Bradley area.

The numbers may not add up, but I would take Cookeville, White Co., Jackson Co., and Livingston and win 3 out of 4 against the best 4 Bradley area teams. White Co. should have gotten some votes. They beat Livingston and Jackson Co. this year. Just my opinion.
