The I-Bone option offense like Nebraska uses is great for most high school football teams that are willing to drill each play 1000's of times. Contray to popular belief most of the line blocks are angle or chop blocks where you don't have to blow people off the line. You need an above average athlete at QB that is smart and a great athlete as your TB. The fullback needs to be able to block, have average speed and catch the ball out of the backfield. If you can fake the dive to the FB and then throw to him over the middle 2X per game everyone will stay honest and you should be very successful on offense.
