It's difficult to prove your accusations are not correct. You were there but it sounds bizarre. I know Baylor players, coaches, and parents and it sounds extraordinary. My children have played with and against Baylor players for years and for Jimmy Weekley. Your accusation needs to be made directly to Coach Weekley. Jimmy has been recognized by his peers as one of the best coaches in the Southeast. As I posted earlier, he wouldn't put up with the kind of behavior you've accused his player of displaying. Do the kid, the coach and the school a favor and call Jimmy.

Not that the other posters need my help, but I've played against Baylor for several years at Knox Catholic and I'm really suprised by what you've said. Baylor has always been a class team and Coach Weekley is one of the very best coaches I've ever played against. He wouldn't be very happy if he was aware of what you saw. Baylor is always a good, fair and classy opponent and our team always looks forward to playing them.

i played against baylor a couple of years ago, and for the most part, they were a classy team. however, there was one central midfielder who did not display class, and unfortunately for myself and my squad, i let that get to me, and my coach wound up taking me out for the game.

Hi, keg. I've read this thread with interest because I know Jimmy Weekley pretty well and have many years of experience with Baylor in the same Division II East. Baylor's players have never acted irresponsibly in my experience and I, too, would describe them as a first-class team. What you saw is completely out of character for that team and, knowing Coach Weekley, it was well outside of his conduct expectations for his players. He's a very nice guy and I think he'd be very receptive to a report of what happened. What you saw was, simply, not Baylor's style and he would want to correct any problems he may have.
