mt juliet is in wilson co. its not too bad a place. they have always had pretty good youth programs. they really got hurt a few years back when wilson central opened. it will help mt juliet moving down to 4A. they were in a region with riverdale, oakland, blackman, smyrna, etc. and they were never gonna compete for a region championship or the playoffs. are you looking to take a job there or what ?

From an outside point of view, MJ has excellent support for youth sports programs, specifically baseball and football. Decent to good facilities for them. Football at the HS level took a huge hit when Wilson Central opened up and coaching shakeup. School facilities across the board are substandard and need a huge upgrade. Decent HS football stadium, more suited for the 4A level. Their football past has been pretty good; the future direction is a little cloudy. Good girls athletics historically.

Your best bet would be Williamson County or Rutherford County!

Both counties have great schools, parks, malls, restaurants, neighborhoods, and churches! If you have a family, both are great counties to raise a family in! Most of the Titans and their coaching staff live in Williamson County!

Gator, depending on what area of Davidson co. your employer is located,

if it's northern Davidson then you might consider Sumner Co. schools. All schools in this county have excellent sports programs, education is not bad. Affordable homes can be found in White House which is right of Interstate 65. It's only a 20 minute drive to Nashville.

I'll echo the post about where you work in Nashville is important to where you live. If you don't have to commute from North of Nashville into the city, you are better off! Traffic congestion and volume is the worst in the state during rush hours. If you are working east of downtown, Wilson County is fine; working southeast of the city, Rutherford County is fine (traffic is ridiculous though coming into downtown from I-24). If you work downtown, Green Hills, or Southern side, Williamson County is your top bet. Commute from Cool Springs area to Downtown during peak hours is 25 minutes. As far as education and amenities, your best bet is Williamson County. I am biased as to which school, and will respond with my reasons if asked, but at this point you haven't. If you want to live in Davidson County, IMO, be prepared for private school tuition to enter in the discussion.

    • Upperman White County both will be loaded. Dyersbirg and South Side will be a handful as well. Getting about that time in about 3 weeks we start watching summer scrimmages. Dyersburg loaded loaded loaded with talent. Most talent ever I have seen in their program.
    • We, SP, blanked them 10-0 in sectional game during 21 season.
    • The amount of people pooing on UH is crazy. They're a noticably better team than last year when they made state and were competitive , AND they run ruled Eagleville a few weeks ago. Now I understand Eagleville was missing a few guys, but they still. They. Run. Ruled. Eagleville. 1st single A team to run rule Eagleville since when? Pre 2017??
    • If that Yellow Paint is all gone I'll flat bet it didn't wash off there. I bet that took some scrubbing to remove that if it is gone. Lacrosse is one of those northern sports all these misplaced Yankee's that are posion to the community brought in by  (Blount Partnership, ( The Devil) with them so somebody allowed them to paint their markings on the field that cost more than the twenty top people on payroll at Maryville make a year. All this to please the 1% Club and the 25 people that would come to see it. All in the name of WOKE!!!!!!
    • They will probably, struggle
