bequick
i seriously doubt if anyone in the super seven is going to lay down for MBA or Brentwood..especially McCallie.. they definalty have a team that can beat MBA or Brentwood. i think everyone is overlooking McCallie and Baylor! notredame788
i really think baylor is going to upset a lot of people this year. their running back is really good and they seemed to have lots of athletes on their team last year and pretty good size. WesVLT
Yes, we will see about that when MBA plays Christian Brothers. We'll see a blowout in favor of the Big Red. Just wait.

At CBHS I doubt that. BA lost accept it.
WesVLT
At CBHS I doubt that. BA lost accept it. BA lost, and I fully accept that. In fact, the score was 21-6. I accept that as well. Thanks for the encouragement, though. Christian Brothers has played a very tough schedule this year; arguably the hardest in the state. Still, they haven't played anyone near the ability or coaching of MBA (except for BA, but what do you expect when you turn it over 8 times?). Although CBHS is talented and well-coached, they'll hit a brick wall with MBA's defense and the speed and execution of the Big Red offense will conquer the Brothers' smashmouth, trench mentality. Both teams are good, and I commend CBHS for beating Brentwood Academy. My pick is not out of any kind of disdain or resentment for the Purple Wave, it's out of common sense. I agree with you completely!!! CBHS will be no match for the Big Red Defense, i dont think that they will have an offensive touchdown. WatchThis
I'm definitely anticipating this game very much. MBA will take this one big though. They execute way too well.
rollredroll
CBHS will be a very tough test for MBA, as will all of the Big Red's remaining opponents. CBHS will have two weeks to prepare, whereas MBA will be coming off of a game against McCallie. CBHS will also be at home. Of course, the more bulletin board material all of you provide, the more fired up they will get (I'm not going to provide any). I'm looking forward to seeing the result of the ECS-CBHS game. I'm picking CBHS, but I think this may be a close one. They have a common opponent in Memphis East, which ECS beat worse than CBHS did. However, I think CBHS's size, and an extremely tough schedule played to date, will give them a leg up in this one.
asdfasdf
yes ecs did beat east worse than cbhs. however i watched the film of that game and east had a 60 yard pass interferance penalty which gave ecs perfect field position for a td. and east had 4 key fumbles while they were in ecs five yard line which took away scoring oppurtunities. cbhs is twice the size and fast as ecs, but ecs always plays hard. we'll see how this goes friday. my pick is cbhs by a good bit.
