Gallatin Vs. Oakland (Scrimmage)

I saw in the news paper that Gallatin is scrimmaging Oakland on Friday night at 6:30 pm at Green Wave Stadium. I just wanted to let everyone know. By the way, does anyone know if scrimmages cost anything to attend?

There is no charge. The game will be at 6:30 at Gallatin on the football field only if the new lights are working. I have heard that the game will be moved to Oakland if they are not. So all ya'll Oakland people keep your ears open if this happens.

 

I went by the stadium today and there appears to be a lot of work to be done in the wiring department so a move could take place.

 

This should be a good scrimmage and I know that the Green Wave have been looking toward this for a while. This will be a good indication of where we are at and what we need to work on.

If the scrimmage gets moved to Oakland i think i might attend this one. You know a little pre-season scouting.

According to a player at Oakland, they arent scrimmagin yall, they are scrimmaging Brentwood. I know that the brentwood scrimmage has been scheduled for some time....since like march or april...so did something happen? Somebody fill me in.

Actually, oline is half right but converserely is half wrong. Oakland and Brentwood do scrimmage, but it is NEXT Friday. Brentwood will be participating in the Williamson County Jamboree this Friday night against my Rebels.

 

So Gallatin and Oakland is this Friday. Brentwood and Oakland is next Friday.
