MAS1831
Hey Tank and Goose I was just wondering how you think we will handle the rest of our schd. We got Seymour who will be really tough, Rockwood will be another tough one, and Sweetwater, but from what I heard Sweetwater didn't impress many people against Harriman. I think Seymour will get us 14-7, We got rockwood by 21-0, and Sweetwater we got 14-0. Tell me what you guys think.
TankTalk
You also have Sequoyah, if I am not mistaken...which will be an interesting matchup. It's funny, because you look at the games and Oliver Springs has a chance to win each of them, but could also lose three of them. I don't think that will happen though. Losing to Lenoir City was the best thing to happen to the 'Cats. I believe they were watching boards, reading reviews and thought they had the season wrapped up. That game opened their eyes and opponents have paid for it every since. The skies the limit...and Frank and the the staff will keep them thinking one game at a time from here on out. This Friday will be rough though, moving up a classification to take on one heck of a good football team. The big picture changes none with this game though. I hate giving you scores for the three games you selected, because it is still early and us paper guys love waiting to the last minute, so we can pretend to work by checking with coaches and evaluating injuries, etc. I will say according to my friend Vinny, the 'Cats are underdogs by 8 to Seymour, favored by 6 over Rockwood and are heavy favorites against Sweetwater, by 14 and a half. goosevol
If OS plays like they have the past two weeks then I think they'll be 9-1 heading to the playoffs.
TankTalk
If OS plays like they have the past two weeks then I think they'll be 9-1 heading to the playoffs. That's why I like Goose...he doesn't have to say much to get his point across. I really have to work on getting rid of all the fluff that I post. goosevol
Yea, but you know I'll pick Seymour in the paper this week. I picked them to beat LC and was their jinx.
