You can't overlook #2, Antonio Lewis, from hillwood. He's just a sophomore this year so he will be back for a couple more years. He was getting a lot of playing time all year but when senior rb chris brown was kicked off the team he stepped up. In his first game without brown, lewis ran for 5 touchdowns in the first half against Spring Hill. There aren't many kids out there who are going to catch him in the open field. Lewis was also very impressive in the final game of the year against shellbyville. He's already proved himself as a dangerous kick returner and runningback.

In Far Away Northeast Tennessee:

Can't leave off Byrd QB and Benfield RB from Cloudland

Both players are seniors this year and won't be back, unless it's on Saturday.

North Greene loses most of it's line, but returns:

Dusty Neil QB, tremendous athlete

Dalas Lynch, RB, tenacious

David Lynch, FB, big and strong

Matthew Ormsbee, WR, playmaker

Bart Gaby, C, heart of the line

I'm sure some of you probably take us as a joke but Nashville Christian played much below their potential this year, and return all offensive and defensive starters except one WR and CB (same guy) and the starting kicker. If the weight room is used over the offseason could be a great year for us. CPA will have an amazing senior class next year. Looking forward to playing in the Lion's Den for one of my final 10 games. Anyone else know about returning guys from Region 5 Class A?

For maryville, there will be Cade Thompson and Antonio Byner. Andrew Clement will be one of knoxvilles best. This year so far he has 504 rec yards and 7 td's. Ryan Tallent will be an outstanding RB next year. Those are probably the top 4 offensive players from Maryville. Cade and Byner and Clement are top players in east tennessee. Ryan Tallent though is just a sophmore this year.

Hillwood looses only one starter on offense in Chester Moreland (wide receiver) and only 3 or 4 starters on defense. All of their key positions will return ( Dee Rucker, Antonio Lewis, Jared Clodfelter, Devon Palmer and more) also ALL of the starting linemen on both offense and defense return! There are more juniors and sophmores that didn't get to see much playing time that have the talent to step up next year for some incredible depth. Next year Hillwood will be much much better than this year.
