New Coach at Sequatchie County

Tim has certification in Special Ed. and is also certified to teach Driver's Ed. I think he would be interested in a Driver's Ed. position for sure maybe a Sp. Ed. in the right situatiuon. Can not speak for him so you would have to talk with him to find out for sure.

Tim has a daughter in Jasper he does not want to leave, as a father myself, I respect him that. They grow up to fast to miss any time while they are young.

Sounds like Sequatchie may have found them another good coach. Went 6-4 in last job the first year at a school that only won 4 games in four years. Good luck to all the coaches at Sequatchie. Just curious what was his record the last four years there. I can't understand why the last school he was at would let him go.

26-14, not bad for a program that only won 4 ballgames the previous four years. Must be a tough region to go 8-2 for two years and not reach the playoffs, assuming they play a 10 game schedule.

I have been reading about him and he sounds like a good guy. He isn't afraid to put up the points on teams and he appears to really stress the weight room.

Are you suggesting that Mac was "afraid" to put points on the board? I personally think Mac got the short end of the stick. It is tough for an assisstant to swap coaches and have th same chemisttry. Mac and I did a good job together and it will be tough to work in a new system. I don't know what the future holds but I think Coach Saunders will do a good job but only time will tell.
