Lewis County and Region 5-2a

Just wonderg and wanting some info on how the teams in 5-2a are shaping up this spring. Any early news on if Lewis can win the region yet again?

You have a good thought going on.......Fraser from Fairview is a great back.......but you are forgetting Bobby Martin which should be the real deal as a Senior........The QB position will be better than it has ever been,the kid can throw and scarmble, and they have a great kicker for the first time in 20 years......lol...The new Coach which is Coach Mac brings his skills to the line and Coach King will be the offensive wizard again.They have at least three linemen over 6'2 and 280 to 300 lbs.......should be and interesting year.

Claminator2004 please don't post ever again, especially if you are going to put stuff like that. Yeah we would not finish in the top 5 in your region when ours is a lot tougher, and play higher ranked teams in the state...good job kid! Suckamore is pretty original i will have to give that to you...no. Can't people thing of something else besides that?

Nope the QB should be Clint Vogel........he was the backup last year and probably should have started....he has and accurate arm and he can scramble as well.The two wings or whatever they will run this year should be Martin and Frazier.. They have two great FB as well........one is a Soph next year.Fairview will be in the mix after beating Cheatham County last year....It should come down between Fairview and Lewis County.....going to be interesting........but like I said earlier they have a kicker that will be a Soph........and he can KICK!!!!!..something they have been needing for several years......

Fairview has had a solid defense in past years, there problem was not being able to pass the ball, but with Clint Bogle at QB they should greatly improved. This upcoming Senior class has been to the playoffs all three years and was part of the Fairview's first playoff win in 20 years. So they have experience and ability, with a new coach however things may be a little rough to start off. Only because this is Coach Mac (don't know how to spell it) first head coaching position, but I have faith he will pick up where Rewis left off. Good luck to the Jackets in 2004!!

Does anybody know anything about their freshmen class? I heard that they will be getting a freshmen that benches about 250 and had 900 plus yards last season in jr. high.
