Two players from 2A that didnt make pre-season all-state that should have was Rae Sykes and Joei Fiegler. Rae had and outstanding fresman year leading the team in tackles and finished with 9 sacks. Joei finished with over 2,500 yds and 21 TD's. Joei had a rough start but as he bought into Coach Reid's new system he started tearing secondarys up. Those are 2 players who def. should have been on top of the pre-season all-state list, guess they'll have to earn all state honors at the end of the season, and I promise you they'll be more then those 2.

Been saying for three years now that once Bliss and Vaughn graduated from BA that Campbell and Defatta would be the best kicking duo in the state... glad to see them finally get some recognition! GO REBS!

Does anyone publish an All-State team that does not include classifications? Tennessee only needs one All-State team for each sport. If your not good enough to make a combined (all classificatons including D2) team you really are only an average player!!!!!!!
