TMSAA Area 4 Large School Division at North Middle

The area 4 large division tournament kicks off on monday january 31 at north middle school in lenoir city. The participating schools are as follows:

 

North Middle

Sweetwater Jr High

Athens Jr High

Carpenters Middle

William Blount Middle

Heritage Middle

Cherokee Middle

 

Games will be played on monday, tuesday, thursday and the championships and third place games will be played on friday.

At Eagleton the teams are : Oliver Springs, Rockwood , Greenback, Midway, Harriman, And Lenoir City

OS girls are the No. 1 seed at 18-0.

OS boys are No. 1 seed at 17-1.

The answer is no. Nobody can upset the lady bobcats unless someone kidnaps the Christopher girl. They are 30 pts better than any team in that district.

Currently Tournament is set to begin Thursday. As stated, Loudon Co is out of school because of Excessive Illness.

 

A decision on school will be made later today (Wed).

Cherokee Defeats Heritage on Buzzer Beater 41-40

As posted above, athens beat carpenters in boys action last night, as also sweetwaters girls beat william blounts girls. The other boys game was a close one, as william blount beat north by 4. the games have been rescheduled yet again due to illness in teh area, the tournament will be finished on wednesday and thursday of next week.
