Keep your eye on Kenneth Roberts at Siegel. You will be hearing many things about this remarkable young man.....many things.

And to give Roberts a run for his money at Siegel......Matt Utterback should make a BIG splash in the pitching hierarchy .

jury's out on utterback. he left the team and came back on it this year, so he will sit out the first 10 games of the season

Geesh, what jury? You sure are not the jury. If Coach Reavis thinks he should be on the team, then that is all that counts. The young man has worked hard and has had a good attitude. He will be able to help Siegel. A team can never have enough pitchers.

I am going to throw out this name for Siegel too......Derek Faust. This kid will also turn some heads at pitcher. He is a lefty with a great curve and superior change-up. He is strong as an ox and has great arm strength AND only a soph.

Looks to me like the Siegel pitching is strong.........mighty strong. Watch out.

    • middle school kid and a freshman from what I’m told.
    • While one may be inclined to perceive this narrative through a lens of fiction, it behooves us to recognize the inherent robustness of its credibility. For those seeking veracity, the surest path lies in direct engagement with the primary source. Let us adhere diligently to the matter at hand, focusing our deliberations on the matter of paramount importance: the identification of the individual most suited to assume the mantle of head coach. I invite introspection and discourse regarding not only personal preferences but also the criteria defining merit and suitability for this esteemed position.
    • If it’s one single kid then that argument would make sense. He’s essentially had to replace his entire coaching staff in the first two seasons, and like it’s been pointed out only one left for a better job. The two most talented players in the area both left, and number of others are actively trying to leave, including the head basketball coaches son. Also, the rumors of financial problems and over spending by Jones. Unpaid bills, missing money, inability to fundraise, has the boosters sick of being hit up for money.    Im saying that is the definition of a poorly run disorganized program. If you want to pretend it’s a well oiled machine maybe you should take your maroon glasses off. All I know is I wouldn’t let my boys play in that kind of mess.
    • It usually gets tiresome when posters play characters on the board, but I must admit that I’ve found some humor in wingback’s take on this art form.  However, his rundown on the potential candidates seems as much fiction as his persona!
