I doubt that any of them will make it. It would be cool to see all three make it, but your talking about the best 100 in the nation. Tyler's stock has dropped according to Rivalshoops.com, as have the Delk's. Hope that they make it, but don't be surprised if they don't.

Actually cheesy, Tyler has never dropped lower than than 70 on Rivals, which hasn't been updated in quite some time. I don't really think that the selection comittee who decides who plays in the game pays a lot of attention to Rivals, anyway. In recent magazines, I've seen him ranked as high as 21 in the country! I can't speak for the Delks, but I know that they've consistantly been ranked lower than Tyler.

I definitely see the Birdman in the McDonald's game, especially since Corey Brewer was in it. I've always thought that Tyler was far better than the past players that I've seen compete in the dunk competition! With as much national attention he's gotten in the last two years, it'll be hard not to let him play!

You can find the information at www.mcdonaldsallamerican.com

The above info. is a little inaccurate, however. According to the website only one of the Delks made the top 100 (can't remember which) along with Smith and Prince from Tennessee.

I do like their chances of making the team. Reason being they only have to be at the top at their respective positions.

Example: say Smith is small forward, then there will be two small forwards on the east squad, so he only has to beat out other small forwards. Same with the other positions. Also, if they make the team they should find out in the next day or so, and the general public will find out closer to the end of the month.

I wish all three the best of luck.

Richard Delk and Anthony Mason got hosed on this one...

Good to see Midstate Ballerz' Reginald Delk, Nicchaeus Doaks, Xavier Webb, Jeff Smith, and Brandon Shane get nominated...

As far as kids making the team, I do think that both Tyler and JP will make the squad: they have the perfect combinatin of skills and hype to make it...

Cant's speak for Memphis, but in recent years Corey Brewer, Ron Mercer, David Harrison, and Vincent Yarbrough played in the McDonald's game. All were Tennessee Travelers. Also, I believe Derrick Hord, who played at Tennessee High in the late 70's, played in that game. Former Dobyns-Bennett coach Buck van Huss coached in that game once.
