WHO HAS SOME FRESHMEN PITCHERS THAT MIGHT MAKE SOME NOISE THIS YEAR? SUMMERTOWN HAS ONE THAT, WITH A LITTLE WORK, CAN BE ONE OF THE BETTER PITCHERS IN THE MID-STATE, IF NOT STATEWIDE. (I HER NAME IS KENDRA DAVIS) WHO ELSE HAS SOME GIRLS LIKE THIS???

The best freshman pitcher in the state is Cat Hosfield at Riverdale. She's got it all. The potential is there for her to do things and set higher records than anyone in recent history of Tennessee high school ball. She will probably grow to at least six feet tall and dominate. Has a great work ethic and is a great kid. Big things are in store for her future. I don't claim to be a coach but I know the real thing when I see it.

Richland Raiders have 2 really good freshmen pitchers

Katy Ayers and Brittany Pruitt from RHS....they have been playing together since they were about 7 years old. Katy(right handed) throws hard and has a very good change up along with good spin on the ball. Brittany Pruitt also throws hard nd has a nice change and also her being left handed helps her have a very good drop spin. They both have a very good chance at the college level.

 

And also Riley Mashburn.

Rachel Ingleby from Farragut. She has a good fastball and a better riseball. She will get some varsity starts for Farraut this year.
