TheAmbassador
We lose some great seniors this year but we have a few good kids coming back as well. I see us competing for the region crown and who knows after that. The losses of these past two senior classes will be tough on Adamsville. I don't look for as deep of a run like we have seen the past several years, but they will still be a competetive team.
9oldschool5
still plenty of talent in the cupboard. I sincerely believe this class done a lot to build up those behind them. I see a very talented qb, a two headed rb monster, a complete line minus te coming back, and most of the defense. will miss playmaking ability of #17 on both sides of ball but someone or maybe multiple will step up and fill that role. remember when peyton manning graduated from Tennessee, a lot of people thought the end was nigh, and what happens next, they get it done in 98 with a few different pieces and players who stepped up. I can see this happening for aville next year. I would love to see an uptempo style implemented, no huddle w hand signals or bands, not to be used exclusively but as a weapon when needed. Peabody is going to 1a, tca will be down somewhat we hope, huntingdon will be good if they are staying in 2a, its wide open again and I like our chances to finish business in the playoffs in 2015. could be wrong but its fun to speculate. 9oldschool5
Think Trezavant Well dang, no one said it would be easy, and it wouldn't be as special if it was (seems to come easy for union city).

Just curious, who is the talented QB you are referring to? Paul is graduating isn't he? Also, TCA has #1 and #5 coming back who are two of the top playmakers in West Tn. We won't be the same without #7 but will be very, very good. Defense will be better and line should be bigger and stronger. I think when Aville and TCA plays we may not recognize either team because we have been so used to the same thing for so long. Both teams should fight it out for region crown along with McKenzie. Beyond that, who knows. I do know that we would meet Trezevant in semis and that isn't anything to look forward to! cardfan
Cotner kid will be very talented at qb with a run pass threat option. We return both means and nixon. Also got some other playmakers in the fold. All of our linemen return too.
Intense
Cotner kid will be very talented at qb with a run pass threat option. We return both means and nixon. Also got some other playmakers in the fold. All of our linemen return too. I figured it was Cotner. He made a very nice pass attempt to Burcham last Friday and I told the guy sitting next to me that I bet that is the QB next year. His arm looked really strong. He's also athletic. He has played against my son for 3 years and has always done well. He was also a pretty good Basketball player as well. He along with Nixon and Means should be a pretty formidable offense along with those REAL small linemen you have! Lol. Losing Burcham hurts but losing Neary hurt as well. You just make adjustments to your personnel and make another run. I think TCA is going to really surprise everyone. Our freshmen class is loaded and a lot of them will see lots of playing time next year as Sophs along with our 10 Seniors that will be back. The big surprise is going to be the incoming Freshmen. This will be the best class TCA has ever had overall. They are mean as snakes and will knock your head off. More of a defensive class. That class has a stud QB and great backs as well. A couple of them will impact the team next year which will be real helpful. I could see TCA going 8-2, 7-3 and making a good playoff run. I would suspect AVILLE and TCA will be pretty evenly matched again. #1 will probably carry the ball 25 to 30 times and #5 will probably touch it 10-12 times. QB will be our biggest question. We don't need a superstar just someone to get it to the playmakers. Seth Paul was a very solid QB. He did his job and got it to the playmakers. We need a Seth Paul type QB next year. Will be a fun game next year in Bufford town. #11 comes from great stock! Hope he rushs for 2,000 yards in 9 games next year....hopefully only 20 yards in the other!!lol Edited December 1, 2014 by TCAIntense
