normally I would agree with you on that but, if they turn around a 36-0 or 39-0 score from regular season I call that a upset this year

Everyone cNt pick higher seed got to have a winner so have to guess at a upset, come on man....

So that is a far point.

 

How about this to spice it up... Who are the top teams you all think could pull a upset in this round??

 

I think the first 3 games in Region 3 & 4 could potentially be upsets. Now I dont think they will but like I said those are the ones I see to being closest to a potential upset!

I'd say Moore County at Whitwell will be the closest contest in 1A this week. I see everyone so far has picked Moore. If I were to put a point spread on this game today,  I'd have Moore as a 3 point favorite.

      TSSAA restrictions for hiring non-faculty coaches have been removed for over a year at this point. In the past a non-faculty person had to be "grandfathered" by being an assistant coach for five years, being fingerprinted, and having a background check run per TSSAA rules... since those were rescinded, the board of directors for the school district are responsible for any/all restrictions on hiring non-faculty personnel. I guess what I'm saying to you is that if you really wanted what you posted, it's already possible as long as your local BOE will allow for it.
