Secondary sport over here. It's all about football in Mustang land. Y'all did have an outstanding baseball team. Some big baseball players. Y'all weren't a very polite bunch if I remember.

Our little 1a squad would be a hand full for you boys. And it's Huntingdon like our hunting would be don when we got through with y'all!

Patrick Willis in the house last night watching kin folks play. Kids covered him up. He signed everything put in front of him. What a class act and role model for Carroll Co.

We scrimmaged pre-season. Mustangs may have out scored them 1 TD. Very even scrimmage. Teams very similar in both teams have very good team speed. I think Covington fans would agree that the Mustangs can play with them

Milan lost to a good Covington team last night. Huntingdon is as good as Covington so the dogs may have a problem. Mustang defense gave up some rushing yardage last night to McEwen who had a pretty effective offense. Offensively the Stangs hitting on all cylinders scoring quick and often. Always fun to play Milan should be a great game and a great crowd.

If Davidson Academy's defense can hold Waverly to 20 points I don't want no part of them!

It's tough going the distance as the favorite. It's easier if you have a chip on your shoulder rather than having a monkey on your back !

That's East Tennessee thinking. Anybody from west Tennessee knows how stupid a statement that is. Trenton is good but beating the Mustangs is hard chore. Glorified scrimmage ! This game would be the top game in West Tennessee next season.

Mustangs would love to tackle the Tide next season. Both teams with outstanding junior classes that will be among the favorites in 1a and 2a next season. These kids know each other and love to compete. I'll talk it up on my end.

We are starting to see who are the contenders and who are the pretenders !

Camdens drive to start the 2nd half was nice. Drove the ball down the Mustangs throat. # 1 is a tough downhill running back. The Mustangs team speed just to much for the Lions to handle. # 13 and #9 had outstanding games for the Mustangs. Camden played us tough as they always do. Camdens offense looked good at times. Moved the ball on the ground better than anyone has on us.

Doesn't Freedom Prep have a big defensive tackle that has a Tennessee offer.

Great middle school game tonight at Huntingdon. The Mustangs prevailed 20-14 scoring with zero time on the clock. Lions got a good looking young QB that can throw it.

Nope you're not correct. Huntingdon less than 4000. Union City is a 2a school cherry picking athletes from a 4a population!

We schedule traditionally strong programs. They're not going to be good every year. Who in class A plays a tougher schedule than the Mustangs ?

#45 has had a rough experience against the Mustangs the last couple years !

Really ain't none of my business but I come from a program that's basically always good. I think y'all need to play a tougher schedule. Your program has come a long way and your ready to play teams like Columbia Academy or other competitive teams around you. It's not so hard to have a few years of good teams what's hard is maintaining that momentum. I'm an old guy played at Huntingdon in the 60's. For the decade 1960 thru 1969 our record was 85-14-4 with 90% of our games aga isn't school larger than us. You have the opportunity to build a sustained program. Playing a tough schedule will streghten your teams and the fans will love it.

Huntingdon middle school clashes with Dresden tonight at the Huntingdon race track. Usually a good game. Amazing how many fans attend our middle school games. We filled up the Camden visitor stands last week.

Huntingdon strength of schedule is always extremely tough. It would be hard not to rank them #1 if they win out the regular season. I don't know if we are the best in the state but I think we're among the best. All the regular season is for is pride and seeding !

Huntingdon put up 63 points on Waverly. If we had substituted we would have lost !
