THSVikings2004
I wasn't aware of this, but Science Hill and Tennessee High have a pretty long rivalry even longer than DB-Science Hill. 86 games so far in the series.
redraider0185
Baylor and McCallie started playing in 1908 and have played 68 times. The reason for this is that there was a 31 year break in the series once the rivalry became to fierce. The all time record stands Baylor-36; McCallie-28 and 4 ties. BattleBornVolunteer
Bradley/Redbank-no longer playing each other Bradley/Cleveland When Bradley starts playing Walker Valley it will become(I think) bigger than the Bradley/Cleveland rivalry. Manzikert
Anyone know how long MBA and Father Ryan have had that rivalry? 825693629[/snapback] MBA & Ryan played for the first time in 1927 and have played virtually every year since then-- one or two years right before the spilt they were in different districts and didn't play-- and since the split they've played twice in some years (regular season and playoffs). MBA leads the series by a pretty solid margin--- bigreddog or somebody would know exactly. Been some great games-- in 1971 both were 9-0 when they played at Dudley Field in front of 25,000. MBA won that night.

bryan6806
i would have to say that most of them r good some r great but NO one said anything about the USJ vs. bruceton. that has to be in the top 5 of all time. they play 2 times a yr. one is to see who will move to the next round in the playoffs and it is all ways a close game. i move to missouri and i was talking to the coach here and he said who do you think will win the USJ vs. bruceton game this yr. so what im tryin to say is if people in missouri know about this game it has to be one of the best! Father Ryan Wrestling
The Father Ryan/ MBA FOOTBALL rivarly has always been a see-saw scene. For many years MBA would dominate, then for many years Ryan dominated. It is an always changing event. But when it comes to the Ryan/MBA rivarly in OTHER sports, well, that stuff is heated, but Ryan usually has better sports teams. MBA has football, lacrosse. Ryan has basketball, soccer, wrestling(most of the time). Border line sports are Baseball, swimming, bowling? But you can always expect big crowds when there is a MBA/Ryan sporting event, not matter what the sport.
