Well I for one love these polls. As a fan they are fun to talk about and if you're team is on there you have to feel a tiny sense of pride.

While I am full of questions about my peers and their votes, the one that really sticks out is an 0-3 Fulton team being anywhere close to the top ten right now. Sure, they may be eventually ... perhaps, but not right now.

 

And something else to notice, twelve members actually voted. I, for one, never was able to get my votes in due to technical issues on both sides. It was frustrating and hopefully more can contribute as the season rolls on.

Would encourage a closer look at 4-A Sullivan South. They beat DB in every way except the score board losing 7-6 after losing 3 fumbles inside DB's 30 in the 4th quarter. Good and getting better. Check em out.

Cleveland being ranked that high is absolutely ridiculous. I doubt they'll even be in the top 2 in their region this year.

This list has no merit either, you have Dekalb County on this list and not Livingston Academy. Thats just crazy talk right there. White House got owned by portland and livingston has dominated portland the last couple of years. This is a bunch of "Malarkey"

Nice thought big boy but they awarded National Championships thru the AP a few years ago. I think they did the State Football Championships the same way in the 50's and 60's.

It something to look at and see how other teams in the State are viewed. Bottom line is you Young Men deserve to be in the top 10.

Just keep taking care of business and you can be at the top at the end of the year.

I think most folks still think your D-II in other parts of the state.

I have noticed some people are complaining that Cookeville is not in the top ten, nor are they even mentioned. Franklin has lost 1 game to Father Ryan and is mentioned while Cookeville lost only 1 game to the #3 team in overtime in week 0 and haven't lost yet. So why is Franklin mentioned and Cookeville not?

Anytime buddy. Even if Cleveland beats White Co. I'm still not gonna allow myself to think of them as top 10. They really haven't played anyone impressive yet.
