Yeah it's more like WE need to be ready to play...I guarantee if Oakland wants it more then they will get it...I have a bad feeling that we will tend to overlook a lot of games and that got us into trouble last year

I do think we get in other teams heads, but not as much as we help our guys out. That is really why we are there, to celebrate the good and go off about the bad. The games this year will be close simply because of the rivalry and because siegel is such a great basketball team and oakland will come to play. Cant say i wont be chanting, ill be leading a few myself hopefully, but this year im lookin forward to seein my Stars hoisting the AAA trophy at the end of the year with the nation in full force behind them.

I think the crowd is HUGE and i think it does affect the play on the court lets take the RIVERDALE siegel game at RIVERDALE when the studnet section busted through the banner that they rolled down the bleachers if people dont think that didnt help RIVERDALE start fast that game they are crazy I like everything about the siegel nation i like the way the yell fundamentals or not your brother(scott and dave) i think that is one of the great things about high school sports i REALLY like it when our fans started cheering where yall going when siegel nation started leaving the gym after the game you all laugh about it and it is over with football is my love so i am still enjoying that right now but i do enjoy watching good basketball (except for the referrees make me mad all the time it mus tbe me because all the refs cant be the worst refs out there lol) so siegel nation you are a big differnece andi would say you probably added 4-6 wins last year just becasue of you keep it up and i hope my warrior fans can match the enthusiasm

Well it does help. Up till chuckie left last year we were doing so well and then the week he left it corrupted our chemistry i think. This year will be different because of the chemistry that has been developed since early middle school days, They play together, and i cant wait to see how this year goes.

Chemistry is key...I think it will be there at times but will disappear at times too, like last year...

It's tough i'm sure, when you're having a bad game, to block out 500 people asking you how many points you've scored in unison. Love 'em or hate 'em the Nation is good for basketball in Tennessee because going into Siegel High School may be the closest thing a lot of players in District 7-AAA will ever get to playing in Cameron. No matter what happens or who it happens to, when someone walks away from a game against siegel, they'll remember something about it forever.

Yeah I agree...we don't get too many of those nowadays...it's good to know that there are a few that understand why we are so crazy and enthusiastic about the games...it's the ATMOSPHERE that makes high school sports what they are

I played there quite a few times...and they didnt get in my head...

 

Players should be able to block out fans no matter the situation and keep their head...big time players make big time plays, no matter if at home or on the road...
