Everyone is predicting Blackman to finish last. I guess I don't know yet. Hopefully the basketball season won't be as horrible as football. :thumb:

Anyways, on a brighter note:

The Blackman Blaze 2005-2006 Basketball season preview with Coach Chad Hibdon and Coach Kyle Turnham and the assistants will be next Wednesday Nov 16th. The show will be uploaded for anyone wanting to listen to the broadcast. Blackman will be broadcasting every basketball game including home and away. The crew will also be broadcasting baseball and softball in the spring.

Siegel fans i b elieve i would chill a little!!!!I believe winning a district is an accomplishment but until you get the ring and you wont, what have you really done?you have a good team but giving riverdale and oakland a hard time is funny!!!!They have some hardware in football and wc has back 2 back states in hoops so until you get one your just another team.

wrong we are defending district and region champs which is more than you guys can say....and go talk fball in the other forum...this is basketball so that holds no water in this forum

Siegel being defending dist. and region champs IS NOT more than White Co. fans can say. White Co. is the only team in this Dist. that not only has one, BUT TWO STATE Championships. I have no problem with Siegel. You guys are proud of your school and proud of your team as well you should, but a Dist. and region championship is NOT more than White Co. fans can say. Dang I'm ready for basketball season. Come to White Co. this year.....look at the TWO STATE championship banners hanging on the wall and say.....doyouseethatmess............DANG. <_<

Oakland was the BOYS RUNNER-UPS in the STATE in 84. Yes, I know it was 84......but we WON the state in football the same year. No one around here can match that.

so another team in the district plz plz plz...call me when for the 05-'06 season they are the defending district and region champs...I'm sure it will make headlines and I will hear it elsewhere but I wanna hear it when that happens. I'm talking about this year. I'm glad white county won state and I like them more than most teams in our district, but they can't use the word defending anything in basketball this year

    • Wow I haven't been keeping up with softball had no idea.Been keeping up with baseball and we are slowly fading there.I will check it out!!Thx
    • It is what it is. Sorry DFL.
    • One of the biggest loosing teams in Mid-State are the Macon County Tigerettes. I have noticed that the roster is smaller than in the years past. All the senior's have quit. We have a great group of Jr High players coming up. I sure hope they don't loose them, like they have lost so many others this year. With this young group of girls coming up, a weaker district, they should have no problem going to State.
    • It was updated this season, because I did it.  Linder is the school's all-time leading rusher at 5,156 yards with 2,436 of those coming in 2014.
    • Oh, I’m sure you did. Maybe you heard just a rumor, but considering we have a football practice field and a soccer field that’s frequently used for lacrosse games and practices, I highly doubt it. Let me change that. I know for a fact that didn’t happen.   Glad you finally stopped attacking a bunch of high school students, but still obsessed with the coaching staff for some unknown reason, even though you could name more than three (at most) coaches without looking it up. But now come up with something else.
