Boyd's QB throws the ball very well, especially off of the play action. He throws a very good deep ball down the sidelines. They have a couple of very fast wideouts. I just find it funny that the Smith County fans are expecting to blow Boyd out. Boyd is probably going to come up there and kick Smith County in the teeth and leave with a win.

 

I am assuming there will be a dentist appointment on Monday?

SCHSTribe, Boyd beating Smith "hands down!" That is pretty strong. What does that mean? What would the line be on this game since you seem to think Boyd is so much better than Smith?

To you SCHS Tribe....It was hard, for me, to find anything positive to say about Sequatchie Co. after Friday Night. It was a big stretch for me to say the Indians "played hard". IMO, the Indians didn't play well at all. I think they didn't play well because of their competition. Maybe the bus trip took something out them. Who knows? The only thing that I know is the OWLS really didn't play that well offensively and handled the Indians rather easily.

 

I know I can't wait until Friday Night to see if any of us know what we're typing about.

I have been reading this thred all week and I love it how the SC people gave Boyd no chance. Little did they know that Robert Akins and crew can play some football. Congrats to the Bucs and can't wait for the Tyner game

Obviously the Indians were not playing well and now you know who is the better team and it is BOYD!

From what I understand, Smith Co. dropped passes and fumbled the ball away. Obviously, the Owls weren't at their best tonight and Boyd capitalized on opportunities they needed to. Tough loss for the Owls but congrats on a great season!

Congrats to Boyd on advancing tonight in Carthage. Your kids played hard and got a win in a tough place to do so. Perry played his heart out and handled the game well. I bet your ride home seemed shorter than mine. LOL.
