I am pulling for you guys to bring it home. It would tickle me to death to see Cosby win the state title. Their fans deserve a title. I went to several Cosby Basketball games when my 2nd cousin was playing. I loved to way those Cosby fans support their Eagles basketball team. It reminds me a lot of how Maryville supports their football team. The Eagles nest is a great athmosphere for high school basketball.

 

I can promise you that my Mom and Dad are pulling for Cosby all the way. My Dad played for the Eagles back in the day. I have lots of family that live in Cosby.

Cosby Beat Humboldt first. In all seriousness Humboldt is big and can score at will.

sorry to burst your bubble Cosby fans, but you have to understand that UC and Humblodt were 2a last year and can play with almost any 2a team in the state.

Anyways, good luck beating these 2 squads cause your gonna need it. UC will have the gold ball on Sat

      Well nothing new, the Mustangs are really talented again this coming season!  They very well could go undefeated in regular season.  We shall see what happens in postseason.  I think the path to state title game is a little clearer than years past.  I think the Stangs are going to be really good and I think the traditional teams around in 2A are not going to be as strong.  It should be a fun season!

      I would not put too much stock into the UH over Eagleville. From what I understand they were pretty banged up in that tourney. Catcher was out, they were throwing pretty deep in their bullpen and a few key players were beat up in their infield. Sounds like they are pretty healthy heading into the district tournament. Look at their schedule, they played some really good teams.
