i havent heard a whole lot on middle tennessee teams besides brentwood...who are some other good middle TN teams that we havent heard much on? and who can pose some kind of a threat?

You have to include Blackman they have advanced further each time over the past four years. District, Regionals, Sectionals and finally the semi-finals last year, in which they finally lost to a very good and evental state champs Brentwood. Blackman only lost three starters. Hendersonville will always be a threat, but they won't have Daniel Kelly this year, big lost, but they have much talent that they will loose very little. Riverdale is really good also. So there's a few for starters.

Your main teams from middle TN will be coming from Nash districts and the M-boro district. district 7-AAA is lookin pretty rough this year with of course Blackman and Riverdale, but Cookeville is also looking promising, siegal lost few to graduation and Warren county is pulling together, as for Nashville thats a cornocopia of teams  Centennial, Brentwood, Franklin, Independence, Ravenwood, Hendersonville is up there too. This is all just AAA though, plus there is talent spread out, but those are the main districts from Mid TN in my opinion ;)

lavergne is going to be a threat this year also cuz they tied hendersonville and they are also undeafeated in district with a record of 2-0-2

yea lavergne is going to be pretty good. there defense is playing very strong by holding hendersonville with a 0-0 tie and only letting up 3 goals in only 4 distict games so dnt count them out of ne thing cuz of there past seasons.

lavergne his riding the 0-0 shut out a long way, i did watch the game an will say your defence played very well that game , but your star forward needs to work a little harder if you guys are going to beat the better teams ,

I agree, I think Hendersonville, Brentwood will be strong as well as Centennial, FRA should be strong, PJPII, Clarksville, and Ravenwood

    • Best-of-three sectional series vs East Robertson at home starting Wednesday.  They put us out last year at this point.  Go Pirates!!
    • I don't believe they have anyone that is surbers caliber but a decent staff overall.
    • Richland plays at McKenzie on Wed.  Should be a good series.  Does Richland have good pitching?
    • Congratulations to the Warrior baseball team winning the Region Championship.  Last night the football team beat Franklin Co 33-0 in their spring scrimmage. Warriors looked very good. Missing a few players who were playing baseball but still absolutely dominated. A lot of young ones got in halfway through the 3rd when the score reached 33-0. QB Tilton Pickett looked very sharp.  Sam Pickett is on another level this season. Seems to have put on 15 to 20 lbs in the off season and added a step as well. Transfer from last year Williamson caught numerous balls and is very elusive. Lots of athletes on this team. Defense was smothering and will only get better. The head coach from Sewanee was in attendance and offered 2 kids after the game. Could be a special year.
