Rangerbook06
Final...Hampton-28 Cosby-21 Great TEAM win for the Dogs without Adam...Also, our thoughts and prayers are with Adam and his family tonight... OK. Someone is bound to ask this, so it may as well be me... Was it just a freak football kinda thing, or was it a dirty play?
reaction
I heard on the radio it was a broken foot on the first play of the game. I think that is what i heard. Sorry to hear that he sounded like a stud for Hampton.
Ole3putt
First of all . My prayers goes out to this young man. Hope it's not season ending. Good to see Hampton get the win tonight. Score looks like it was one of those; edge of your seat games. Congrats Hampton..
eagle3314
OK. Someone is bound to ask this, so it may as well be me... Was it just a freak football kinda thing, or was it a dirty play? Oh of course, everything we do in Cosby is dirty. We knew takin out Townsend would be our only shot at winning. You Rangerbook, are a MORON. Why would you even start some crap like that. No it wasn't dirty, but I am from Cosby. I'd hope though, that anyone in the stands could tell that the injury was a completely clean hit. I for one hated to see Adam go down, and honestly would not have felt as good about a win without him in the game. My entire (COSBY) househeld is praying for a speedy return for #25. Congratulations Hampton!
PTSportsWriter
Hats off to Hampton and Cosby. Hope Townsend will make a recovery. I've not heard much about the game, but it sounded like it was a heck of a game. Too bad a questionable officials call at the end of the game may have played into the game. Bulldogs#1
Each week it seems is worse than the week before with the officiating... tonight they were afraid to blow the whistle.....ALL NIGHT.... they never wanted any plays to end.. it was unbelievable
Rangerbook06
ALL NIGHT.... they never wanted any plays to end.. it was unbelievable Yeah, it was that way last year when we went down there. But oh well, theres nothing you can do about it........ On another note, it wasn't a good night to be a running back in Region 1A. Along with Townsend's injury, Hughes from Cloudland re-broke his coller bone tonight in Cloudland's loss to Jellico...
