I used multiple polls just to see where they would land, including all that I could find on TN 5A football teams and averaged their placement. Interesting results...

I'd switch Ooltewah and Riverdale and Smryna and DC.

Well, if I switched them then I would not have taken the actual averages. If I understand you correctly, you are just saying you think those averages are off just a little--that makes sense.

 

Just gave a little different twists to multiple other polls floating around, including my own. I don't think it the average poll is bad though.

I think Owls beat DB just like they did last year and I think Riverdale gives either a run for their money so top 3 is a toss up..

I understand nobody from Riverdale knows who Ooltewah is but nobody from Ooltewah knew who Ravenwood was last year. We'l see you in the playoffs

i know exactly who ooltewah is, passed by the school twice last weekend actually. you guys have a very respectable and established program, and thats one reason i'd would rather see yall upset and knocked out early in the playoffs then have to face you guys.

 

but as far as the history between the 2 schools, last meeting was the 2001 semifinals when riverdale won 35-7 and went on to win state a week later. riverdale also holds a 3-0 winning streak in the series. but ooltewah keep doing ooltewah, riverdale will keep doing riverdale and best of luck to you guys until we face each other again, whether this year or the future
