Hampton by 1...but good luck Indians...sounds like you guys had a bit of offense last night? GL I hope you guys pull the upset!

Oneida played Greenback and Greenback has given up more than 40 points in all but 2 games this year. Shouldn't have been that big of a suprise they scored that many. Hampton defense is given up around 11 points per game, and that is including what the JV has allowed also. This game won't even be close. Hampton by 21, easy. :thumb:

Here is a scientific prediction, see if my #'s hold true:

Oneida offense has scored 155 points all year for 15.5 avg per game.

Their defense has given up 131 points all year for 13.1 avg. per game.

Hampton offense has scored 353 points for avg. 35.3 per game

Defense has allowed 112 points all year for 11.2 avg per game.

so if we avg hamptons offense putout with Oneida defense, hampton should score around 24.2 points.

Oneida avg offense puotout with Hampton defense, Oneida should score around 13.3.

So score could possibly be around 24-13. what do you all think?

Science doesn't work, unless you factor in the opponents. Oneida lost to one of Kentucky's top 5 teams by 21. They lost to Tennessee's number 3 team by 7. They lost to Harriman and Midway...They play tough competition...who does Hampton play besides Johnson County? Compare scores with how they have done against teams with winning records and then you might get a short list for Hampton and a long one for Oneida, but it would be more accurate.

    • Wow I haven't been keeping up with softball had no idea.Been keeping up with baseball and we are slowly fading there.I will check it out!!Thx
    • It is what it is. Sorry DFL.
    • One of the biggest loosing teams in Mid-State are the Macon County Tigerettes. I have noticed that the roster is smaller than in the years past. All the senior's have quit. We have a great group of Jr High players coming up. I sure hope they don't loose them, like they have lost so many others this year. With this young group of girls coming up, a weaker district, they should have no problem going to State.
    • It was updated this season, because I did it.  Linder is the school's all-time leading rusher at 5,156 yards with 2,436 of those coming in 2014.
    • Oh, I’m sure you did. Maybe you heard just a rumor, but considering we have a football practice field and a soccer field that’s frequently used for lacrosse games and practices, I highly doubt it. Let me change that. I know for a fact that didn’t happen.   Glad you finally stopped attacking a bunch of high school students, but still obsessed with the coaching staff for some unknown reason, even though you could name more than three (at most) coaches without looking it up. But now come up with something else.
