Sorry for the Typo. I meant D-1 or D-2.

I was trying to see when SD, Trojans and BC Bears go at it. So I goggled the SD wrestling program and came up with 2004 schedule first. Then I went back and found the new schedule.

WOW!

They already have one of the toughest Regions in the state, now they look like they have the toughest schedules.

Who has a Schedule as tough or tougher? ;)

BTW-are they going to Oveido, Fl?

The Zac Jarzynka Ironman wrestling tournament, Wednesday and Thursday, might be Florida's premier dual-match tournament in wrestling. Host Oviedo, the two-time state 3A champ, has won 31 duals in a row. The 24-team field also includes four-time Ohio Division III champ St. Mary Catholic, plus strong teams from Georgia, Tennessee, Virginia, California and Central Florida.

Somebody that knows anyone at Soddy-Daisy please ask them to put us (Collins Hill) on the list for next year.

We are considering an 8-team duels tournament next year in our gym and would like to include Collins Hill. You can contact me at the phone or e-mail below. I have an Alabama and team and a NC team interested.

I notice it tookSoddy 29 minutes to respond to this challenge on a weekend. They have plenty of reasons not to want to wrestle. Collinshill has twice the number of students, they recruit, Soddy is losing 6 great seniors...ect. I believe tojo is saying " bring it on".

Raider76, Is Soddy Daisy actually setting their schedule based on a Coacht topic? What reasons do you speak of when you said "They have plenty of reasons not to want to wrestle"? Is Tojo the head coach of Soddy Daisy? Just curious. Thanks

    • The amount of people pooing on UH is crazy. They're a noticably better team than last year when they made state and were competitive , AND they run ruled Eagleville a few weeks ago. Now I understand Eagleville was missing a few guys, but they still. They. Run. Ruled. Eagleville. 1st single A team to run rule Eagleville since when? Pre 2017??
    • If that Yellow Paint is all gone I'll flat bet it didn't wash off there. I bet that took some scrubbing to remove that if it is gone. Lacrosse is one of those northern sports all these misplaced Yankee's that are posion to the community brought in by  (Blount Partnership, ( The Devil) with them so somebody allowed them to paint their markings on the field that cost more than the twenty top people on payroll at Maryville make a year. All this to please the 1% Club and the 25 people that would come to see it. All in the name of WOKE!!!!!!
    • They will probably, struggle
    • Dyersburg is going to be good, really good. As mentioned, they have a lot of talent on the way and the trio of Chelby, Joya, and KayKay will only be better with a full season together under their belt. To me, playing in Murfreesboro two consecutive postseasons will only serve to make them more dangerous if/when they stand among the final eight teams this March. Experience, good or bad, always makes you better. And not only do they have experience, they know how to win there. Schedules are coming together for all of the teams and I am excited about what I am seeing on the preliminary drafts on Dyersburg’s schedule. I know I am being a tease, but it’s simply not my place to announce what another school is doing. With that said, I won’t go into specifics. However, I am excited about renewed home and away contracts for the non-district portion of the calendar. I think west Tennessee will have a lot of interest as well.
    • What does everyone have in the final 8? In no particular order. 1. Eagleville 2. Gordonsville 3. Greenback 4. Oakdale 5. South Pitt/ East Robertson-- not sure 6. Richland 7. Halls 8. Union City
