It came down to a basic comfort level and his son's wardrobe for George Quarles.

We at Maryville are fortunate, not only to have a great FB coach but to have a great christian man and a similar staff to influence our kids.

 

The neatest thing about it all is that the Maryville community gets it. Yes...they understand how fortunate we are.

Ditto. As outstanding a Coach as he is he is an even better person. Christmas came a little bit early, not just for the fans, team or school but the entire community. And you are right, the entire staff shares his values. He would be the first to tell anyone he doesn't do it by himself.

I am so glad George Quarles stayed. Like everyone else said he isn't only a great football coach. He is a great person. George has always been good to me and my family. George told my nephew earlier this week he was staying. He also told my nephew to tell REBELRON that he was staying so REBELRON won't have a heart attack.
