Well I think 7A has the better teams at the top and they could beat any team in 7AA, but after Pickett and Jackson Co. I don't see anyone who could beat those 7AA teams, even the ones at the bottom of it. I guess maybe clarkrange and clay would give a good showing. I'll say going on the top two or three teams that 7A would be better.

i think youre crazy....upperman la dekalb on a good night, this coming from a guy in PC that to my knowledge just barely beat a downward spiraling LA team at PC and JC did the same with a down LA team at LA...hmmm

Hmm the same downward spiraling LA team who is still towards the top of 7AA.. and the same JC team that barely beat LA took down Upperman @ Upperman last night.. Thats 2 wins against 7AA teams that most teams in that district can't even get.. @ Baxter and @ LA

Bad guess. You can't put Livingston ahead of Upperman as Upperman is leading your district. Jackson County just beat Upperman @ Upperman and beat Livingston @ LA. Pickett Co. just beat Livingston and York, Dekalb has also beaten LA on their home floor so LA cannot be any better than 5, so your post has no merit, but then again coming from you i understand your biased opinion.

 

1. Jackson County/ Upperman tie

3. Pickett Co.

4. Dekalb Co.

5. Livingston Academy

 

That is a much more believeable ranking based on FACTS.

JC beat a down LA team? Correct me if i'm wrong but LA had just come off winning a christmas tournament in Nashville beating Knoxville Halls which has a record of 18-2 to date. To me thats not a downward spiral. LA is a very good team and i look for them to show up come district touranment time.

My best 10 players would go something like this

 

1. Chase Dunn

2. Jacob Wright

3. T.C. Capps

 

From here on out you can mix and match. However i will add that individual players don't necessarily equate to wins, sometimes they do sometimes they don't. To this point the best team/teams have proven to be Jackson Co. and Upperman and that is what matters most.

I would take Capps off of top 3. I haven't heard his name much this year, he is really athletic, but thats about it. I would put a player from JC, Upperman, Smith, Dekalb, or York, before him.

      We could sure use some math teachers country wide. Ever go into a store or restaurant and the bill comes to $9.97 and you give them a ten dollar bill and 2 pennies because you wanted a nickle back and then the meltdown starts and the next thing two more people have to come and help figure it out and the place comes to a complete halt. I see this everyday and it's a sad representation of all these schools allowing these kids out the door to get shortchanged the rest of their life.

      Stars, I heard we were searching far and wide for some math teachers. Any chance their kids bench press or 40 times are getting checked? LOL I’ve heard good things from 825.

      I think it was expected. “Bad” luck I guess to get a couple difference maker QBs in the same class. I thought the decision was made a little early myself, but they were struggling offensively last year.  I assume the running quarterback alco had last year would be a senior this fall, and the transfer would start the following two years in addition to getting a ton of playing time this year. Maybe he waits two yrs, but I doubt it. The kid is good. So is the one who stayed.

      I'm from Cloudland and we've never played a sectional game.  We need to win tomorrow night to avoid that bus ride.  Us and north greene can play with you guys so I'm expecting good games whoever the matchup is.
