I always thought the name "Johnson" City was fitting because there are more "Funny" boys there per capata than any city in the United States.

I'm not sure what the TSSAA was thinking moving the season up 1 week during one of the hottest summers on record. I'm afraid a kid or ref or fan is going to have a serious medical emergency and for what? So the season can end in November? What's wrong with pushing it back 2 weeks and ending in December when football should be played? Ridiculous. Hope the kids are conditioned.

Don't get excited. Thats the reason DB never plays well at Science Hill. They have to keep their backs to the wall.

It was 105, 4 days in the month of August in the 30's

 

I bet this summer doesn't even rank in the top 10 hottest.

 

They had a record low in New York Tuesday (59). I bet you want here to much about that.

I don't know but somebody said there were some guys with tights on paddling a cabin cruiser with a patched hole in it down Boone Lake asking how to get to Pactolus a little while ago.
