Did the players actually expect to win this? If their coach was truly abusive maybe a tape recording of it sent to the school board would have been the better way to go.

I posted this not for debate, but so that players and parents could read the position the court took as it related to player's rights. "The coach is in charge!"

I didn’t realize there was that much crap going on over there in Jefferson County. Sounds like a sad situation, I hope you guys are on your way to getting straightened out. I know there is a lot of tradition and pride there.

The crap is over and done with. The team and county have put it in the past. Everyone else needs to as well.

 

Bottom line: The coach is in charge and the last thing any locker room needs is a tape recorder.

Who uses tape recorders anyway? Digital is the way to go. The quality is great and you can make copies by just dragging and dropping files. Here is the disclaimer for those of you who don't realize this was said tongue in cheek.
