TECHNICAL QUESTION:

Could some of the more tenured posters respond to this question...why when a Class AAA team is selected on Eurosport Scoreboard, the rankings of just the Class AAA ranked teams they have played are visible and not the ranked Div II teams, yet when you select a Div II team the ranked Division II teams are identifiued as well as the Class AAA?

I've noticed that too. It will also show Redmond Tennessee 11 (the combined ranking). I agree with you that it would be beneficial if you played a ranked team, even if they are ranked in another division. Don't know if it is a technical limitation, or what.

Thanks....BigG? MJ? VolunteerGeneral?

I think it is just a site "snafu"... I would e mail the site coordinator at sis@soccerinfo.com (it used to be called soccerinfo.com before Eurosport got a hold of it) That e mail is the only one I could find linking through Eurosport. Don't hold your breath on a response, though.

What I usually do it open up 3 tabs on my browser to look at all three rankings (while it takes a bit longer, it can accomplish the same thing). I will agree that it would be helpful to have all the information on the teams record site, though. Honestly, though, I am just glad that we have Eurosportscoreboard so that I can do some scouting from across the state. Like I said before, it is my #2 favorite soccer information site on the web.

USJ 1 Madison Academic 0

Great game tonight. USJ tried a trick play and it worked. I was worried about this one, but Madison held their own against USJ. Madison had two starters who couldn`t be at the game. USJ has a very good team. USJ`s Katie Hayes is undoubtedly one of the best players in the state. She put on some jaw dropping moves during the game. Even as an opposing parent, it`s fun to watch players like her (USJ)and Alysse Flack (Madsion). Madison Academic had to work hard to hold Hayes scoreless tonight. Madison plays JCS on Thursday in another big game. Two of the 3 teams will be at the state tournament.

    • 20 but had 5-6 not dressed every game. It went down towards the end due to injuries and obviously only 15 got to dress for the state tournament. Then, they only lost 2 from this year and gain 8 from the middle school for next year
    • As somebody mentioned before, this is going to result in a massive lawsuit, can you imagine professional "educators" actually having the conversation about getting "the bad kids" out of the high school?  And the head coach asking directly to change grades, gets turned down, comes back again and gets it approved?  This is unbelievable.  In addition to the lawsuit, the state Department of Education is going to come down extremely hard on this.  WYSH is on the war path.  There could be dozens more lose their jobs by the time this is over.  And yeah the real shame is the kids being affected that literally had nothing to do with this and actually worked hard to earn their grades.
    • I've heard Powell from someone who talked to him. I saw the kid two days ago and I should of pulled over and talked with him and wished him well where ever he goes. It will be a ale of a loss for us because I don't believe we have anyone in the stable good as him from what I seen in the spring.
    • I would have to think that the firing of the 2 teachers is just the beginning of future moves.  If not, it is woefully short.  If the AC school board thinks that the damage is just limited to Clinton, they are sadly mistaken.  Any outsider would view the whole school system as suspect, and rightly so.
    • Yeah. AC brass walked in to the building at Clinton and suggested that the principal start changing grades.  Honesty, the notion that anybody at AC was involved is just idiocy.  The ones who are hurt most are the kids who weren't involved in the cheating, but still are being penalized by college admission decisions and scholarship consideration simply because they went to a school that was involved in such a scandal.
