What........ are you implying we have'nt played anybody yet?

You may be right, time will tell.............we'll check them again Sat. morning and see if we have then.

Them yeller waspers are usually a good match and have given us fits over the years. I'm sure last years game has been brought up and pointed out to the jackets all week and Coach Sat is digging deep in his bag for some creekbank magic ( and maybe a trick or two) but we're playing this game in The Hole. This is 1 game I look foward to all year. If SCs defense comes to play.....could be a long night for the TC faithful.

I bet SC has talked about the last time TC was in the hole and embarrassed us. We will have that game in mind as well.

give me your prediction for friday nite oleputt

I'm not going to give out any score.. Noooo. ( If I do, Antwan will be on me so fast ,It'll make my fingers hurt just trying to explain how I would get my foot out of mouth). All kiding aside though. It's gona be very tough for the jackets friday night. we're playing with a lot of very young boys in key positions. (well I should'nt say key positions). The whole team is young, and every team we face this yr knows this. As each week goes by, win or loose. each player should be able to gain valuble experence. Since our tallent has dropped a bit. We will have to play exceptional football. ( mistake free , precise execution on offence & defense & oh yeah a little luck). Remember anything can happen.

Trousdale Co. Get ready. The Hole in SC. will be rocking Friday night . There's only one way to keep it quiet.

Again, anything can happen.

T.T. Harper and Wesley Satterfield is how.

They had them in the 1st game too.

You are so right...my friend. SC had better come to play. Of that...I am sure. Just ask that Potland team of a few years ago.

This is true but they weren't fighting for their high school career lives in that one. Not to mention that the whole team and coaching staff watched P towns game with us that night we held them in check better than anyone did all year up to that point. I'm sure that helped some. I know they did some of the things to them defensively that we did.

The fact is Potland was much much better than TC that year. I saw them...it wasn't close. Potland just flat choked with the heat on...plain and simple. TC rolled the dice as they often do. That's neither here nor there now.

I'm tellin' ya. SC had better be ready for a dogfight Friday. We cannot overlook TC. That is way too dangerous. They are way too proud even if they are woefully outmanned.

Yeah Portland was very, very good that year. I saw them too. Believe me. They did choke. Not arguin that but it was T.T. and Wesley who didn't choke and did make the plays. Their coaches rolled the dice as you said and they came up with plays and again made Satterfield look like the "guru". Can you buy that?

Yep...that's a good description. I expect the Guru to roll that dice quite a bit Friday too. He didn't last year. I think he will this year. SC has to be ready for anything...reverses...fake punts...the gambit.

if you guys are speaking of the 2000 year i totally disagree and don't know how you could think portland had the better team. clint pulled the ultimate snow job on them in week 3 and they bit hook line and sinker. we went back in the quarters to a completely over confident team and smacked them in the mouth.

    • Harriman was better than what I anticipated. They had good skill guys and a QB that’s gonna make a lot of teams look silly. They had some silly pre snap penalties but it’s just spring and I guess that’s expected.    Oneida looks the part. They are big upfront and got a stable of backs that’s gonna carry them this year. They have a few playmakers at receiver also. They have a new receiver that has only played basketball till this year and he is very athletic. The question is can we find a QB to consistently get them the ball. They played 2-3 kids there and none looked great but they didn’t look awful either. The  defense is gonna be tough again but it’s very early and a lot can change between now and the fall.     It was good just to get out and watch some ball. I don’t know if Oneida has the team to win the region this year but just what I saw tonight I think they may be in the conversation come November.
