whats up with this

in the Livingston academy austin east game, something disturbed me deeply. on a kick return, 3 AE players hit the LA returnee, cleanly. as the returnee lay on the ground, and all LA fans quite and saying prayers after the hardest hit ive ever seen, and LA players on their knees with helmets off, AE players laughed and high fived and slapped hands and all, and would not take a knee until they thought necessary, or thats my impression i had. is this team that horribly disciplined, because if so, they shouldnt even be allowed on the same field with class teams. from the things i hear, that boy suffered his 3rd concussion and is now probably never playing again. prayers needed in Livingston, but i want a justified answer to this, too.

I thought AE is as a talented team this year as any out there, very good. But, I didn't like the actions of their players after EVERYONE saw what had happened. The hit was clean. I'll say it this way, they would not appreciate it if the shoe had been on the other foot.

If a kid is celebrating a big hit that decks a guy then that's ok because that's part of the game. But if he celebrates after it's obvious that a kid is hurt then that shouldn't happen.

How long was the player down, I am just going to throw this in but i know if the player was down for a while i wouldn't want my player on a knee the whole time. I would rather them be up walking around being loose.

No one ever said when they were high fiving. If it was right after the play then thats fine, but if it was after the player had been down for a bit then it was uncalled for

He was down 7-10 minutes..He was hurt. High fiving and dancing and laughing is not the conventional way to stay loose. Or is it?? Your reply is pathetic.

It appears to me you didn't mind some celebrating going on. All you seemed to care about was the players staying loose. The only question you asked was How long the player was down. If your read the First post, King said they were high fiving, laughing, slapping hands. So as long as they are not on a knee , anything goes: Is that what your saying?

If your players stay on a knee for 7-10 like you said then that does no good for there legs. I said high fiving, laughing, and slapping hand right after the play is ok but it is uncalled for while the player hurt player is down. If you cant handle that then you need to be on the cheerleader board. and if you dont understand it that time then you need to ether stay in school or go back.
