Alcoa will not lay down in the second half like they did in the first game.

Alcoa was up 31-0 at half time, and CAK scored 21 points the second half, final 38-21.

This time Alcoa 42, CAK 14.

I do believe CAK could have played very deep into the play offs had they not had to match up with Alcoa.

CAK is a great football team! I'd take them to beat all the teams in region 1 and 3.

Good luck to both teams!

After the scores from this weekend I truly believe that CAK is the second best team in the state. Alcoa better come ready to play 2A football and score early and often. My top three as of today would be:

1. Alcoa

2. CAK

3. Milan

Goodpasture gave up way too many points to DCA this week, they couldn't stop Alcoa.

(please do not try to tell me how good the GP offense is, I'm not listening)

CPA nearly losing to a pretty bad Bledsoe Co. team (no disrespect) is not good.

Westview losing is a jaw dropper.

Look out for Huntingdon to make a run.

This game should be in a later round-so much for the ZZZZ system, TSSAA really slept on this one. The first quarter of last night's game should be a good lesson for the Tornadoes, however their response was right on the money. It's time to show the rest of the state what Alcoa football feels like "shoot those silver bullets!" oops sorry my age is showing...that's what we said in the 70's /roflol.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":roflol:" border="0" alt="roflol.gif" /> err how does that "hype" thing go again?

Alcoa Vs CAK...

I think Alcoa will win this one. Alcoa will have to play the full game because if you watched the first match up of the season CAK can play some football in a pinch.

I don't see this as and issue for the win as i am sure both teams know that it is a win or go home situation. I would agree with an earlier poster that CAK was one of the better match ups this year for one half of football. The problem with that is that a football game has two halves.

For the SR's of both teams. For some of you this will be your last football game of your career, don't let a minute of it slip by with out a 100% effort. You don't want to look back and think I could have played a little better or have tried a little harder.

Alcoa will win but all the kids who play football and give it their all are all winners!!!
