I think Coach Creasy will be a good fit for the Jackets. He has

been here before as the def co. He knows the ropes for TC

football, what's expected, what's not, etc. He has a great young team to work with, that is familiar with the system, and

ready to go. I have high expectations for the Jackets the next

2 years. This team will get to play together for that long as

a continual unit. They're just waiting for the opening bell.

I met Coach Creasy and a couple of the Riverdale coaches at the coaching clinic at Alabama. Just from our conversation I think he will be a good fit at TC. The TC faithful need to give him support and not have unrealistic expectations. I don't think any coach in TN high school football will envy the pressure he will have to win....who really wants to follow a coaching legend.

I'll 2nd that. I've been on the course with him a few times. good young man! (Finally got another "A"-Player back). In speaking with his father inlaw this past weekend. He knows what the expectations are, and what he will face.

Can't say for sure right now if I'll get to make the scrimmage.

I was talking to Coach Creasy about an hour ago about this,

and if possible I'll be there. Problem is, I'm starting a new job

with the Trous. Co. Sheriffs' Dept. soon ( Court Security Officer), and May 23 is on Fri. which is usually a court day.

So, it will depend on how long court lasts, time of the game,

etc. Stay tuned...could be a last minute thing.LOL
