I bet he goes to Tenn. St., Austin Peay or UT Chatt.!!!!! One of those 3 /thumb[1].gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":thumb:" border="0" alt="thumb[1].gif" />

Well in Justin's best interest as of his style of play from his playing on DC the best transition would be TSU. Gerald Robinson would love having that three point shooter to pass to. He would probably get the most playing time at Austin Peay right away. They lost a lot. I wish Tennessee Tech would have went after him a little more, we have some good players up here, and he would have been a nice compliment to our freshman shooting gaurd as well.

Yankee you would love the shooting guard at Tech. He is like Kevin Giltner. There games are so much alike it is kind of scary.

Not really... I am still a young guy... Just a freshman(TTU). But Tech doesnt have ONE kid from the state of Tennessee. They went hard for Kevin, and my roomate and I tried are very hardest to get him up there. He nailed it down to Arkansas State, Tennessee Tech, and Wofford. We knew Wofford was where he wanted to go though.

As for TSU, if Justin does go there and some of you DC guys go watch him, which I hope you would, you need to watch Gerald Robinson he will be a sophomore next year and he is AMAZING! From MLK, but can do it all. He is probably 6 foot, but when they played Tech the first play of the game was an oop to him. You know when you throw an oop to a 6 ft freshman first play of the game that he is highly respected there... I really think that would be Justins best fit.

Cameron Crisp: Prostejov

Cameron Crisp signs in the Czech Republic

Cameron Crisp has signed with BK Prostejov in the Czech Republic until the end of the season. His new team is currently having a 2-3 record in the NBL and they were searching the market for a scoring combo guard.

Cameron Crisp (21-12-1981) is a graduate from Tennessee Tech in 2004. He played for Astoria Bydgoszcz in Poland this past season for a short stint (4 games: 15,5 ppg, 2,8 rpg and 4,0 apg) before joining BC Al Rayyan in Quatar where he did win the championship in May 2005, averaging 21,1 ppg, 5,2 rpg and 6,2 apg. Cameron is considered to be a scoring point guard who can also play the off gurard position because of his size and versatality. At BK Prostejov is expected to be a scoring leader from the back court positions. He arrived this morning in the Czech Republic and will start practising shortly.

ESPN has Blake rated the number #59 SG in the country with a scouting grade of 78 ( just missing the 80-89 grade, so he is on the high end of 70-79). I'm not sure when the rankings were last updated. Out of the top 150 players in the country numbers 140 to 150 graded out at 82. My guess is Blake would rate anywhere from 175 to 225 by ESPN. To be honest though...I'm not as familiar with ESPN's player rankings and they stop at 150 overall.

Scouts Inc. High School Grading System

90-100: Rare Prospect

Player demonstrates rare abilities and can create mismatches that have an obvious impact on the game. Has all the skills to take over a game and could be an impact player as a true freshman.

80-89: Outstanding Prospect

Player has the ability to create mismatches against most opponents and could contribute as a true freshman.

70-79: Good Prospect

Player does not dominate in every game, especially when matched up against the top players in the country. Could become a good starter at the Division I level.

60-69: Solid Prospect

This player is overmatched against the better players in the nation. His weaknesses will be exposed against top competition. Has the ability to develop into a solid contributor at the Division I level.

50-59: Prospect

Player has some redeeming qualities but is not projected to contribute at the Division I level.

45: Pending Prospect w/ film

Scouts Inc. has received film of the prospect and an evaluation is pending.

40: Pending Prospect

Player has redeeming qualities and is projected to contribute at the Division I level, however film has not yet been received.

Some of the SG's ranked behind Blake...Some are not even ranked it the top 200 SG's. The key to the rankings is the scouting grade. Blake rates around 275 as far as overall ranking regardless of position. ESPN owns Scout.com Scout is very reliable. The players that share #59 are all considered equals.

Thanks for pointing that out...They really screwed that one up /roflol.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":roflol:" border="0" alt="roflol.gif" /> I just corrected it. I wasn't paying attention or I would have fixed that right off the bat!!!!

I agree...but I think the scouting grades are accurate. The rankings are accurate to. Scout probably has more resources than any of the services since ESPN purchased them. It's not my favorite though...but their rankings go much deeper than most.
